Shipping & returns




- FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING is automatically applied to all Domestic Orders which are over $100.00! 

- We process online orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) and ship them as soon as possible assuming items are IN-STOCK. We ship all orders via USPS Priority. 

- Priority shipping can be expected to be received within 2-3 days from the time you receive your email that your order has been shipped (not from when the order has been placed). Please note USPS may encounter delays due to holidays, bad weather, and/or other unforeseen circumstances.

- As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update their website with your tracking information.

-SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE. We offer same day delivery service to our local customers (DADE/BROWARD COUNTY). When available as a billing option at checkout. You will be informed through our Social Media Platforms of any issues that may occur with our courier service, or you can contact us prior to placing your order to assure delivery times.  Any orders made before 12pm, will be delivered same day. All orders placed after 12pm will be delivered next day. Our courier service is for delivery service on NEW orders NOT for returns. (SEE RETURN & EXCHANGES)

- We DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses or mailing facilities

- When there is a valid proof of delivery, we are not responsible for packages in the event that you are not home or are out of town. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported directly as a claim to USPS.

- *All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

- We understand that sometimes that special item is needed immediately! If this is the case, kindly e-mail us at [email protected] or through our Social Media Accounts and let us know what day you need it by. (for local customers only). We will make every effort to have your order delivered to you prior to the day needed.


Tracking Your Order
To track your shipment via UPS or USPS, refer to your order confirmation email for the tracking number; then simply enter your tracking number on the UPS website at to track your order shipment or on the USPS website at


We hope you love your items but if for some reason you are not completely in love, you may return it for a full refund or store credit within (10) days of purchase, only on our regular priced items. Reduced priced and sale items are final sale.

2. Make sure to put the word RETURNS in your subject line;
3. In your email include: Full Name - Order Number - Reason for return or exchange.

Returns for Online orders shipped are accepted within 10 days of the day tracking shows your order was delivered to you for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE (minus any shipping fees paid by Geidys Closet Boutique or the customer). We have the right to deny a return after the 10 day time period has lapsed.

On orders with promotional free shipping or discounted shipping, shipping fees which were at our expense will be deducted from store credit.

If you are wanting to exchange for a different size, or color, we can do so based off of our inventory availability at that time. An exchange is not guaranteed, but if available, we will ship out your new size as soon as possible (customer is responsible for shipping fees on exchanges).

All jewelry, sunglasses, hats, scarves, bandeau bras, bracelets, swimsuits, handbags, intimates, breast shapers daily deals, discounted items and "sale" merchandise are FINAL SALE. Exchange/Store Credit is for regular price merchandise only.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges to mail item(s) back.


Merchandise must not have been worn, washed, altered, free of makeup, tanning stains, perfume odor, deodorant, stain, wear or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached. Geidys Closet Boutique has the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that Geidys Closet Boutique determines does not meet these requirements.

*If customer mails back a Non Returnable item it will either be sent back to the sender (pending customer pays shipping to ship it back) or kept by Geidys Closet Boutique if customer fails to pay return postage. No exchanges/refunds will be given on "non returnable items" that are sent back anyway without our pre-approval.*

We strongly suggest you obtain a return shipping tracking number when returning an item back to us. We are not responsible for lost packages that have not been tracked as "received" at our store.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or address changes made after item has shipped. We are not responsible for stolen merchandise once item shows "delivered" on USPS tracking service.

Geidys Closet Boutique shall not be held liable for lost packages once shipped. Tracking is provided to customer and Geidys Closet Boutique will not be responsible for customer error so please ensure the mailing address is correct when ordering.Geidys Closet Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit or items lost after tracking shows item delivered.
